1. Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device app store settings (Google Play or Apple App Store) or through the account area shown in the app.
2. Eligibility for refunds
- Refunds for duplicate charges or billing errors may be requested within 14 days of the charge.
- Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods after cancellation.
- Promotional or trial periods follow the terms shown at sign-up.
3. How to request a refund
Contact us at support@cricnow.app with your account email, purchase date, and receipt. For purchases made through an app store, you may need to request a refund directly from Google or Apple according to their policies.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
