You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Text, images, video, and data on CricNow are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written consent, except as allowed by features in the app.

4. Premium features

Paid features are subject to the pricing and billing terms shown at purchase. Fees are charged through your selected payment provider and are non-refundable except where required by law or our Refund Policy.

5. Disclaimers

Live scores and statistics are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CricNow and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
